are single-family residential buildings on two floors with a basement and a panoramic roof-terrace.

On the first floor, at an elevation of ±0.00 m, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a staircase. The living room has direct access to the courtyard adjacent to the building at ground level.

On the second floor there are one or two bathrooms, two or three bedrooms, a balcony and a staircase leading to the panoramic roof terrace.

The height / clear / of the residential floors is 2.60 m.

In the basement, at a height of 2.20m, there is a separate subscription and storage room.

The construction of the buildings is monolithic, reinforced concrete – beams, columns, posts. washers, st.b. slabs and partition brick walls. The roofs are flat – reinforced concrete with bituminous roof coating.

The external walls and parts of the structure are planned to be thermally insulated according to Ordinance N7 on Energy Efficiency, Heat Conservation and Energy Saving in Buildings.

The external treatment of the facade panels is with various plasters and partial cladding from Etalbond. The railings are openwork, metal and glass. The windows are double-glazed PVC with low-e glass.
